This is a massive telescope dedicated to studying the stars.
Thanks to the storm dragons' abilities, the telescope has all the power for its instruments that it needs.
It has made many fascinating discoveries, and has been expanded several times.
The Library:
This large building contains the largest collection of books and scrolls in the continent.
Hundreds of scribes are employed here, working on translating, restoring, and organizing the archive.
The structure contains a large public library where any dragon can come and read, but not remove the books.
Across the lawn, another huge building was built, and it contains ancient forms of writing, for restoring and studying.
The Lederen:
This building carries on the tradition of perserving history.
It is a museum of the Full Circle and other important leaders.
Among the many items it contains, are the Full Circle's different individual circlets

.
The Lederen showcases everything from preserved scales and letters to favorite scrolls and everyday utensils, to jewelry and carvings.
Unsurprisingly, this tribal jewel is closely related to the Library, both in purpose and importance.
The Anemos instrument:
Often played on long flights, this unusual devise is attached to a dragon's foreclaws and makes whistling, chiming notes, akin to penny-whistles and wind chimes.
As it is a challenge to create a tune with, the instrument is usually allowed to simply play as the dragon moves or the winds disturb the instrument.
The Henosis Garden:
Notable for being open to all dragons, this ever-growing garden covers an entire valley, close to the Radi city.
It is full of exotic plants, trees, and long winding paths.
The garden was designed more than a century ago, by the Full Circle to help bring unity to all the tribes.
The Henosis garden achieves its purpose by uniting the tribes through their love of the garden's beauty.
The Bethu Music Hall:
With award-winning music and dances every day, it is considered by many a dream come true.
Only the finest musicians and dancers can preform here.
Often the music and dancing retell stories, legends, and important events.
Only recently, other tribes been allowed to view the the place, likely to improve tribal relationships.
To some dragons' chagrin, only Réaltans may preform... but that may change sometime in the near future.
The Storm Gate (Wes's idea):
This is a powerful electric storm system, rumored to have been created by the Réaltan storm dragons, in an attempt to protect their tribe.
However, this dangerous storm contains dark secrets... it can make storm dragons who control it go insane.
Some believe that the Suhtaka are why the storm was created, while others worry that the Full Circle doesn't want peace as much as it claims to.
Fortunately for travelers, storm dragons blow away the storms when the tribe wishes to allow passage into the their territory.
Thus, the Réaltans have complete power over who is allowed in or out of their territory.
The Anemos Tower (Vlm's idea):
This is one of the most recognizable tribal jewels, and it towers above the Radi City, as a symbol of the power of the Full Circle.
The tower is a variation of the Anemos instrument, and like its home, it also showcases the might of the Réaltans.
Sometimes the tribal leaders will allow ambassadors to enter the tower.
Every Réaltan knows it and it's even featured on the tribal flag.
The Tufani School:
This place is where all young storm dragons are mentored by more experienced storm dragons.
Only some Réaltans can go here - the tribe's leaders and the students' relatives, and the latter can only come a few times a year.
This keeps the students, who live here for most of the year, focused on their studies.
The dragons will stay at the school for about nine years, or until they've proven to be able to control their abilities.
Some dragons believe that the students don't need such a long training time, but the Full Circle

has refused to shorten the time.
The Voima School:
Vann Bethu, a Full Circle member,
(info here)
founded this school to aid disabled dragons.
Although it is especially targeted for nearly adult dragons, all ages are welcomed.
The young and elderly dragons live in two different dorm-like buildings, one for the young, and the other for the old.
The nearly adult dragons live in three other dorm-like buildings that were built close by, for the dragons' convenience.
The dorms are all built around a large pool of water, which is heated by a hot spring.
